Feature Requests

If we were to improve our sharing feature that allows patrons to share tickets or passes on their my account page, what would you like to see improved? What would make this feature better?

Currently, PayK12 Admins can only download one Individual Deposit Report at a time. This would allow you to select dates and download multiple individual deposit reports into one report. This would help cut down the number of files downloaded and speed up the reconciliation process with banking statements.

This feature would allow School Admins who utilize Skyward SMS 2.0 to create payment plans for Skyward fees in the backend of PayK12 and assign them to student accounts. These payment plans will allow parents to pay only a portion of the fee on a monthly, biweekly, or weekly basis. It would charge their bank card or checking account automatically until the total amount of the plan has been paid in full. This feature would require a Skyward integration.
